'That Levy' - Educator Rebate

It's taken a while to find time to make this one. It was inspired by the struggle to get Canterbury University to waive the very unfair student services levy for distance learners. Most of the 'action' happened during the school holidays when it was impossible to get a 'proof' letter from my school as the office was closed.
