Consistency...

This one was inspired by Apophysis - a brilliant free fractal generator that shows the properties menu when users press <ctrl><p>.  To be fair, you can't print directly from apophysis (long story) so having <ctrl><p> invoke the properties menu won't really confuse users (unless they don't realise that printing is not an option).
