This one is based in reality. Whenever our IT department 'improve' things - they either get worse or break down completely. Naturally there is very limited communication about the need for a change 'improvement'.
New filtering systems are particularly 'fun' as they come complete with the added inconvenience of having to request that previously unblocked (useful) sites are not unblocked. <sarcasm>It's a good thing that I love waiting to access urgently needed content</sarcasm>.
