Goal Setting...

At school we are required to set goals that align with our school / department goals. Needless to say, this approach is not always all that useful - especially when one is the sole teacher of a subject and the goals one cares about don't really match school / department goals (even if they are critical to student success). I'm pretty much 'over' the whole goal setting process so have decided to try something new this time around...
